We have the two deputy Ministers of Information, Ofosu Kwakye and Murtala, Clement Apaak and others at the Presidency who have been doing the Spokesman job for the President.
We have more than 600 people working at the Presidency and instead of cutting the deadwoods hanging around the Presidency as Presidential Advisors, we are still adding people at Flagstaff house despite the budget deficit.

Suppose Malor also fails -which is possible because there's no guarantee of "propadanda" success- will the president still fish for, yet another propaganda expert while maintaining all the failed propagandists?
People, including Pro. Okoampa Ahoofe couldn't extrapolate logic from the president's appointment of malor, so they reserved the natural right to assign any reason within a reaching distance to make sense of that suspicious appointment. In this case if people realized that the president's office is congested with his own kind, the best description will definitely be "ethnic nepotism". What else will make much sensible?
