Your writing is so full of pretentiousness it makes for tedious reading, greatly distracting from the message you are trying to impart. Why do you keep using double synonymous adjectives and nouns? Terrible!

Dear Brother,
Good day.

We have a collective responsibility to make Ghana and Africa a better place for all.
Leadership has always been a major problem for us as a people. I believe your implied and direct indictment of African leadership is in order.
Moreover, the people have a collateral responsibility to make sure they put good people at the head of leadership to deliver. Therefore, the people fail if their government also fails.
Let those who have ears listen and those with ears read. You have given us a good start.
Thanks.

A prequel is an account that goes back to tell what happened before a certain story that has already being told. A prequel comes after the original story but tells of a time frame before that story. Since Kwesi's story continues from the first part, that first part cannot be called a prequel. This second part is a sequel in a rough sense.

Hello,
Well said. May be we need to start from there. A little step at a time.
But time waits for no man. Brilliant essay, though.
Thanks.

Your analysis of the Ghanaian situation is what we need to help us find the solutions. At this moment we dont need scholars who think they can bamboozle us with their expertise to join the government to continue the ruins. Any individual who joined the present government with the view to helping solve the problems did so for his personal interest. I'm not saying we should not help the Mahamah administration. The question is: Is Mahamah prepared to overhaul his administration? All the institutions are not performing with the right mentality how can an individual expert correct the system? Once the foundation is weak, the whole structure will collapse it doesnt matter how solid the top is. We need the elderly people to guide us with their knowledge and experience. Let us call on these elders to tell us what is wrong with our system and what we can do to correct them. The problems we are facing are internal and we should find the solutions from within. The government has technocrats who are equally good to deal with the externals shocks. However, they dont have the courage to tell Mahamah the problems are from within. If workers steal government resources and sell them to private companies how do you expert the system to function well? It is up to you and me!!!!!Ha ha ha!

Unfortuntely, the fault is in ALL of us who directly or indirectly chose such a bunch of clueless people to oversee the affairs of the state of Ghana! The signs were all there from 2009 to 2012. It is really amazing that Ghanaians ignored all the STX, Braer, distribution of laptops, Bui Dam block supplies and the other stinky deals to vote for this lot!
You are right!
