    RUBBISH. FREE EDUCATION IS IN GHANA,S CONSTITUTION AND DOESNOT BELONG TO NPP OR AKUFO ADDO. ANY PARTY IN GOVT CAN IMPLEMENT IT. SO NPP STOP MAKING A BIG FUSS OVER NOTHING.

    Providing free education is a constitutional requirement and has nothing to do with politics.Whoever implements it implements a constitutional requirement.Failure to implements it amounts to a breach of the constitution.
