The writers' observation and analysis was accurate. Corruption is the greatest sin on earth and Mills truly erred for allowing Kuffour and his gang of nation wreckers to escape justice.

And the thieves we know got away with humongous theft with KT Hammond crying like a baby after selling a drill ship Tsatsu fought hard to acquire for the nation and siphoning most of the proceeds.PIA actually got under the gutter under Kuffuor with his persistent and obvious stealing of state funds from building a house for himself to Hotels.

Nobody can hide the light and true destiny of the great nation of Akan. they use all kinds of schemes and tricks to undermine or deny a proper standard to us but we shall never surrender. we shall change and adapt as like the Israelis we are the chosen people of God and he in his great design has made us diverse but unified in spirit. the ashantis like the tribe of Judah are and will remain an integral part of our being to to attack any one part we all end up feeling it sooner or later. they have succeed in turning some of our chiefs and kings against us and work for their evil ungodly agenda but we still see clearly . God has brought us into the 21st century and with that a new system of governance and state of mind based on democracy since it is HE alone who blesses the individuals with the gift of leadership wisdom and justice irrespective of status at birth. he has shown us the blue print of the way forward in the bible and other holy books and the time has come to free ourselves from this man made bondage called Ghana. just as in the Ukraine we must fight so the truth will come out , fear not the battle as they will crumble like the walls of Jericho . cast away our so called fake leaders and politicians who are nothing but cowards and like our enemies fear even their own shadows . yes God has put a million fears in their empty bodies as he who does not fear the Lord , the Lord will ensure all fears of the world will reside in him. They threaten us with superstition , juju and what have you and we say fuck you and go to hell as the divine power is with us . Yes all the tribes of Akan are fingers on the same hands and God has ordained we remain united so our strength and light will be visible throughout the whole world and universe , our time has come . everyday its becoming clearer and clearer to all children of Akan that we must prepare mentally for a battle of freedom . they come with tricks that say we must take a non Akan as our leader because its nice ? do they not think that out of 30 million Akans we can not find sensible down to earth leaders and warriors to lead our own people to our own destiny? a govt of the people and by the people is what the 21st century democracy is all about . let them continue to play with the consensus and other figures that justify their fantasy and enable them to marginalize the participation of the Akan majority in the Affairs of their own land , to marginalize us thus preventing us to afford a better standard for our people . The had of God has given them pestilence after pestilence but they refuse to let our people go , soon they will be swept away like chaff in the hurricane of fury . Long live the republic of Akan and don't you forget it as now the Fanti speakers, Twi speakers, Ashantis and other tribes of Akan are now one .

Dear Larson,The PIA failed because it was a beautiful message carried by the devil. Can Rawlings and his bunch of never do wells look at the faces of the 24 million Ghanaian and the almighty God and swear that they were never corrupt during their 19 years rule. A brothel owner cannot mount the podium to preach about morality. That is exactly what the PNDC and NDC wanted to do with the PIA. They failed to live by their own ideology of PIA and hence had no moral justification to expect others to follow. When Kufour was the President they said so much about him and his appointees. Yet six years down the line no appointee of Kufour has been successfully prosecuted and found guilty by a competent court of law for corruption. How many of Rawlings appointees were not found guilty by a competent court of law for corruption after the NDC lost power in 2000. A thief cannot successfully preach repentance until he repents.

Each day is a day of decision and decisions determine destiny. We're where we are as a nation as a direct consequence of our decisions and indecisions.
That Ghana has gradually been turned into a toxic mire of corruption is an under-statement. The result is its citizens have become numbed by the growing statistics and have finally accepted it as the norm. They're too weak to fight the kin pins and many are awaiting the opportunity to jump on the gravy train .
Kuffour jailed a few of the corrupt officials of the previous administration but Mills' nonchalant attitude about fighting the menace of corruption remains inexplicable. Perhaps his attitude could best be described by the axiom "if you won't jail them you join them".
Our nation has produced mainly 2 types of leaders. They are those who genuinely want to fix problems but lack the in-depth knowledge, skills and support of an efficient and effective team, and those adept at fixing elections so they can enrich themselves with a "Usain Bolt"speed.
The laissez-faire attitude of consenting institutions and officials with supervisory roles has turned corruption into a lucrative business. After all is said and done, corrupt officials can walk away to breathe the air of freedom with immunity from prosecution and enjoy their new wealth for the rest of their lives. Rawlings had the greatest opportunity to change the trajectory of corruption and thus the destiny of the nation forever but woefully failed. He rode the crest of popularity, commenced by whipping up the hopes and expectations of the people but got bitten by the bug himself and like a shooting star, has become history .
We cannot always wag accusing fingers at others for "as the priests, leaders, so are the people" . The apple after all doesn't fall far from the tree.
All is not lost though. Together, we messed it up and together we can salvage and build it up. It requires an all hands, all hearts and minds "on deck" attitude. We should not leave it to Mahama alone to do because he won't and he cannot.
The writers' observation and analysis was accurate. Corruption is the greatest sin on earth and Mills truly erred for allowing Kuffour and his gang of nation wreckers to escape justice.
