For the records, the initializing of this aspect of the EPA took place under the Kufuor administration. It wasn't done by the Mahama administration!!!
But who is to tell the truth now that everything seems to be bouncing back (with a boomerang effect) on the Mahama (Pepeni aboa or kwasiabi nti) administration?
