Nevertheless,for the government and GES for that matter to address this issue of Superiority complex verses inferiority complex, then the system of promotion and management appointment currently used by financial institutions should be adopted. But as long as officers with low qualifications are made to head staff of higher degrees in the name of long service,then victimization will automatically assume a new and properly anchored pedestal

i think the issue being brought to the fore the price needs commendation than checking on grammar. teachers and parents do not even know their rights in the delivery of education in the country especially at the basic level.i ... read full comment

Some times it is not their fault, because some staff members will unit to make their work difficult. so they have to be firm.
