    The only time Akadu Nwansena makes a little bit of sense is when he/she steals - plaigiarizes someone's work and calls it a poem; my worst days of intelligence will be Akadu Nwansena's better days.

    The use of "Don't" in your heading "Deputy Information Minister Don't Understand Indictment", is grammatically incorrect. The heading must rather be "Deputy Information Minister Doesn't Understand Indictment".

    Tawiah,you obviously have a difficult time expressing yourself; you have clearly muddled what is otherwise a very incisive and interesting issue....contracting loans and the responsibilities thereafter....it is a shame....
