Massa Nduom, you have our votes.
This is what resonated with us from your statement,
"We should pray for a better attitudes, discipline, democracy and ability to choose our leaders freely at the local level, sustained battle against corruption and prosperity that comes from a strong, sustained work ethic."
Thanks for your statement and tackling it from the 216 MMDAs as well as 275 constituencies local angles, where it counts most. It'z true that we need faster and further reforms, especially our weak institutions need tightening or overhauling.
However, what get most people livid are P.V. Obeng and Asiedu and Nketia statements,
"He also commended KPMG for the quality of work in the midst of very challenging data gathering environment such as ours." - P.V.Obeng
The leaders of the country who are at the helm of affairs such as Mr. Johnson Asiedu Nketia asserts that,
"The biggest challenge/issue in the country is honesty, and if we can get it right, the rest will fall in place." - Johnson Asiedu Nketia
In the absence of permanent records keeping system, national database, and host of other fundamentals infrastructures and institutions fulcrum of all local MMDAs or constituencies are simply lacking, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out our present status quo.
The issue of biometric National ID cards and the implementation of a working street address system are critical to the formalization of the economy. This can be completed in less than one a year. - Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
Does it make any sense to roll-out unique id cards without our place of residence or abode on the card? How does the police cite any citizen for violations and hold him/her accountable?
How then do we shift from this herd mentality [From first century Godon Guggisberg Paradgm]to responsible society and guide jealously our reputations, id, and track records?
Why is NDPC broke, and why don't we have Dev't Planning commissions at all 216 MMDAs and 275 constituencies?
Massa Nduom, we are looking up to you. Thanks for being you.
But then...
November Constitutional Reforms looms, and as the voice of the voiceless, we count on you to make sure further and faster constitutional reforms are brought in.
Next time, we will talk about the structures of the economy.

A man wonders if having sex on Easter is a sin because he is not sure if sex is work or play. He asks a priest for his opinion on this question. The priest says after consulting the Bible, "My son, after an exhaustive search I am positive sex is work and is not permitted on Easter." The man thinks: "What does a priest know about sex?" He goes to minister... a married man, experienced… for the answer. He queries the minister and receives the same reply. Sex is work and not for Easter! Not pleased with the reply, he seeks out the ultimate authority -- a man of thousands of year's tradition and knowledge: An Alhaji . The Alhaji ponders the question and states, "My son, sex is definitely play." The man replies, "Alhaji, how can you be so sure when so many others tell me sex is work?" The Alhaji softly speaks, " If sex were work...my wife would have the maid do it."

Why are you silent on the issue of EPA and GMO?
let us know where you stand on these topics and stop these propaganda messages that bear no fruit for national development for now.
