Another point is moving the Capital from Accra elsewhere to a place I will suggest, central in Ghana as for example, Kintampo or there-around. But if we are cash-strapped as a country, can we start by moving the Ministries to different regions of the country to curb the congestion in every Tom, Dick and Harry trooping to Accra to transact business? When that is done, Accra could then remain the Commercial Capital of Ghana and anyone having to transact business in any Ministry could travel to the designated region in which that Ministry would be located. This, in effect will remove all the pressures from Accra and the attendant costs in doing business by the citizenry.
