The aforementioned shows that those living in Nima are made like a stock exchange, wherby anyone can used them. The frustrated educated ones use the situation of Nima people to feel beter, trying to pressure their sorrow. So, they use Nima people als a therapy.
Those who accused the few rich Northners for not helping Zongo people. Are these few rich Northners responsible for ghanaian,s or the state of Ghana?. When the resouces of Ghana are distribute equally, Nima people will also thrive. There are Nima boys whose performances are better than the rich peoples children during their elementary school. But, lack of finances force them to be wehere they are now. Because they can not study beyond elementary school. Those who tried to do that will end up in secondary school. The disburse of the scholarship goes to children of the rich people. Lsat but not least Zongo has no coacoa farms to finance the eduactaion of Nima people.

Sharia Law is openly implemented in theese Zongos, ignoring the States Monopol on Justice. Poligamy by Muslims and theit Malams and Imams is lived in the open, whilst illegal in Ghana. Little girls are forced to Marry elderly men with the excause of that beeing a moslem tradition!? The Zongos in Our Cities are becoming more and bigger, due to the demografic development. Muslims with their multiple wives simply multiply 3 times faster than the everage Ghanaian famalie. In a democracy like Ghana, this is fatal because muslims are "producing" voters permanently. Zongos are filthy as correctly mentioned in the Artikel. The Criminality rate in Zongos is overproportional and police patrols refuse to enter theese areas. Ghanaians must wake up to the spread of Islam all over. Many people build expensiv houses only to see that Mosques with Loudspeakers are beeing mounted in the neighborhood, which leads to an imminent loss of Value to their propatie. The Islamisation of the Subregion must stop! Otherwise we will be Facing problems like Nigeria with their Boko-Haram!

Its unfortunate, your opinion has been skew that way, I think, everyone has the right for freedom of worship and so do our moslem brothers. I do not think and believe any religious sect promote social vices as enumerated by the article. These vices are deviants to which the writer rightly enumerated some of the the cause to which I do strongly agreed with him. I used to be a moslem and as it was no moslem teaching ever stated for those vices said. Remember as the bible rightly says that "the devil fines work for the idle hand" if this youth has been enrolled into any meaningful jobs, it will curtail some of this vice if not eradicating it. Let us be succumspect in our thinking and be collectively accept responsibility for all the odeds in the society and not put it on only one person, government, religious sects etc. For instance, smoking MJ in Nima is not only moslems but some christians also do it. Gambling and Sakawa as being said is not done by only moslems but als other religious sect. This vices as the writer said are issues that if not nib earlier can generate into something that will need high cost and resources to nib in the bud.For instance, In Nigeria, Kidnapping is not only done in the north but all around Nigeria thate every nigeria, coming from outside is scared of his own homeland, however this problem started as a little problem, the same as this writer has enumerated in his article. What I ment to critizice in Ghana is the fact that Zongo Communities are beeing treted with exeptions from the justice system. I gave you a few examples here: I have never heard that a Muslim is arrested for polygamie in Ghana, I never heard of arrests when a 65 Year old Imam marie a 12 Year old girl against her will. Beating of wifes is Okay according to the "Hioly" Quoran -never heard of any muslim wife beater beeing punished, a.s.o. What I am trying to draw your attention t, is the fact that we have something like a parallel Universe in those Zongos, where National Laws are loosing their effectivity. Instead of bringing criminals to justice, Zongo Communities have the habbit of illegaly implementing Sharia in their areas. Tollerance is espected from others and muslims feel offendet by critics of any kind. Questioning the practices of f.example. female genital multilation amongs muslims in Ghana is seen as racism!? Muslims do not tolerate others but demand 100% tollerance! A Zongo semms to be a planet on it`s own!! This must stop if we do not wan´t double standards in all aspects of our society!

I always think of how its going to change since its illiyracy upong illiteracy. the illiterate will give birth to lots of illiterates and so it continues. we have been rendered helpless. no entrepreneur among us. the fee that we have have less capital. Challey we really are looking foreward to a days when nimaaamobi will be full of people who understand the economy, the system and knw what it takes to run the system. its been long. we don't have to wait for the government..I knw a friend who is gentle and calm. a busines man and good at that. the government did not come to show him what to do. he only went to school the time he was told to. and now he is doing things right.. we all can do it right if we do it right. the few of us who are struggling to make it cannot change the system we all have to get up and do it right.

Relocating these communities will be a national tragedy, and the loss of a vestige of our cultural history. Nima & Mamobi predate most parts of Accra, serving as bedroom to many who moved to accra later. Such communities should be monuments to Africa's history.

Some of the inhabitants of this place at times delibrately distroy the life of their children. A good example is a woman who had a son with a hard working christian brother whose sole interest is in giving his child a good education. The woman known as Salamatu Mukaila swore heaven and earth that her son will never attend school. This went on but the christian brother with determination continued to persuade and take this boy to school. The boy was described by his teacher and the school authorities as extremely briliant. Sadly the christian brother left Ghana for the US and this woman AUNTI SALA withdrew the boy from school and encouraged him to engage in sakawa so that he can become a quick millionier. My christian friend was informed and he jetted back to Ghana to ensure his son Called Massaud goes back to school. He persuaded the boy to go back to school and went back to the boy's school to pay a fresh admission fee and a whole year's school fee. After that he tried to persuade aunti Salamatu to allow the child to go back to school. Salamatu then told my friend that she and her son Massaud are fed up with his stupid school talks and that she want my friend to understand that he is not the biological father of her son Massaud, therefore he should get out of their life and leave them alone. My friend in his shock asked to know if she was joking or something. Salamatu then told my friend that the biological father of the child is a Dagomba man based at Kumasi who has a sotorey building and that he is not interested in his children going to school like my stupid friend who want his child to go to school to be bullied by teachers. Based on that my poor friend left with much bitterness after he eported the matter to Salamatu's elder brother who told him to stay away because only women can say who made them pregnant. Now this briliant boy has become a school drop out and Salamatu Mukaila is so happy for the way Mas is wasting his life. My friend tried so much to get this Massaudu boy back to school but failed. Now Massaudu to the pleasure of his mother aunti Sala has become a form of skid-row to the bitterness of my friend. If parents of Nima-Mamobi are like this then what would you expect from children born to such parents? If I had my own way I would like to punish this fat Salamatu Mukaila woman. Very sad for my poor friend.
