I know that Adisadel College has a reputation of a macho male image which may be damaged by the thought of a woman managing the place but lets face it, the world is changing and after all, the headmasters/mistresses job is more of an administrative one than than a gender issue.
But alas! Bobo, I sympathize with you on your primary concerns of corruption because the entire country is so corrupt that now if you are not one of them, you are are clearly an endangered minority. If the whole Ministry of Education cannot see that the thief who was running that school earlier needs to be sanctioned and possibly jailed to at least serve as a deterrent to others who may be planning to do the same thing in other schools, where does that leave us?
Again if the whole overstaffed, nothing-doing Ministry of Education has not been able to find a simply suitable replacement for a headmaster in that top-notch school, four whole months after the criminal left, then we cannot rely on them to do the right thing can we? Lest we forget, one of the first coup-makers in the history of Ghana was Lt Col. - later General Afrifa, was a product, an Old Boy of Adisadel College. Therefore, 1+1=
