Unless we change our mind-set and begin to see, say and do things in a different way we shal continue to get the same results no matter the leader or political party. So you must be the first to change and influence others to also change. You know the problem but this is the solution.

We must urgently change for the better so that we can produce good leaders. The Question is how do we start? I think you and I can start today by promising never to accept or give bribe. Also wherever we find ourselves, either in civil service or in private employment, we will not steal, we will work diligently and finally we will respect everyone. These three characters alone would make life hell for us in present day Ghana and that's why doc says its not going to be easy. But this is how we can begin to change the society

As a former ambassador you are not short of s pessewa or two. A 15 minute non political broadcast on a major tv or radio channel of this piece and similar themed messages will do a lot to reignite the spirit of patriotism which is misding in us. The intellectual voice has been drown out of our national discourse and it is only when eminent Ghanaians like you begin yo fight back can we begin the process of rediscovery. Its a brilliant piece doc. Thank you.
