Even the President when he goes for his annual check ups release general information like, "The President is in good health or he had knee problem due to excessive running"
Ronald Reagan's Alzheimer's problem started later part in his Presidency but that information was not released to the public for security reasons until his death when some of his staff started talking about falling asleep at meetings and sometimes being absent minded.

If Hilary decides to run which I think she will, she will let her Doctor answer that health issue if it becomes problematic for his campaign which the Doctor will all probability say She doesn't have any problems health wise and the fainting was due to exhausting because she had been throtting around the globe as Secretary of state.
Yes, Ghanaians can demand from Akuffo Addo to release his medical records but he can refuse to do so or can get his Doctor to assure Ghanaians that he is in good health.
