    El Nino is reported to have caused high temperatures and drought. we should embrace our for lower rainfall this year. Should that happen, food will be very scare and expensive.

    .I will suggest they make hay while the sun shines. Constructing Dams to preserve some water during rainy seasons, could help to water down the soil by pumping some of the water from the Dams during drought season.
