It's even more serious if Apau has a law certificate but decides to act so maliciously. It doesn't matter who is president or which party is in power ;the rule of law must forever be upheld. We cannot make such comprises or deviate from the norms of judicial jurisprudence simply because someone else set the precedence about a decade or so ago. Leave Justice Apau alone. You could have raised arguments on the circumstances of his appointment by Mahama, immediately following his submission of the report that incriminates Akufo-Addo, the most viable opponent of the incumbent President.

If there was ever ground to remove a name from the rolls of lawyers in Ghana, guess what Mr. Daniel Danquah, we will start with "sir" John and Nana Akufo-Addo. It was under the all-knowing and all legal scholarly Nana Akufo-Addo's time in the Ghana AG office and the External Affairs we had diplomatic passport for drug sales . It was the same era we hired UK based lawyers to defend Ghana with all of Nana's presumed brilliant antics in Ghana courtrooms and his UK training background.
The problem with the things you narrate just as other dimwits talk about is that the Sole Commission processes are not based on strict legal practices but on information gathering. You should remember, Daniel Danquah, that it was Nana Akufo-Addo without duress and not under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs that told us all he was aware of ex-president Kufour’s activities of gifting state land to NPP loyalists and cronies and yet as a onetime AG and member of parliament but without love for Ghana chose to look the other way when he knew it was wrong. Did you know that it is the duty of a lawyer to report to authorities with jurisdiction any knowledge of crime in the making?
