It is really sad that the mentality of every NDC member is still stuck in the Rawlings revolutionary era where brute force trumped democratic principles and human rights. Their idol god Rawlings and his evil government could order any citizen into their office and have him/her executed without any cause. These are the same people in government today, and they are finding it hard to grapple with the concept of democracy which is completely alien to them.
For their information, every conversation with anyone in public is not subject to privacy laws. When you are in public, anybody can record whatever you say or take pictures of you without your consent as long as the person doesn't intrude on your personal space. Government officials are paid by the public, and the public is right to record their actions when it happen in public view. Stan Dogbe could have held that meeting in private, in which case the press and the public would be barred from intruding. Stan Dogbe can be changed with assault and criminal negligence if he physically touched the reporter and destroyed his camera. He has no right to assume that the recordings would be used in an unfavourable way by the reporter, hence his action to assault and destroy the property of the cameraman whose only fault was performing his legal duty. What kind of nefarious discussion went on during the meeting that Stan Dogbe was scared of being exposed?

Pomposity deprives people of their perspective. In other words, the reaction to a story becomes more important to them than the story itself! Could their "discussion" bring Nuamah back to life?
All that the hired gutter press known as The Post is saying here is that Stan Dogbe became infuriated when he realised that the SPIN he was cooking to put on the story -- to SUPPRESS the fact that the newsmen were put on a hired vehicle; that no-one had checked to see that the hired vehicle was in good condition etc.-- had been
detected, he went ballistic. He destroyed public property. He committed assault in public. And this is a man vetted as being of a good enough character to be a member of the presidential communications team.
Or maybe he was only "politically" vetted? Just be a member of the NDC and even if you are a certified murderer, you can serve in the highest office of the land!
