In some African countries, they way the election was rigged, evidenced in the exhibits at the petition litigation, and also the rigging of the 2008 elections is for all to see.
Why is the NPP calling for a new voters register while the NDC is against it ?
The NDC knows that it is how it rigs the elections and without that, they can never come to power.
What happened in Ivory Coast, Kenya, Congo, Burkina Faso, could have easily happened here had Nana decided to instruct his party to resort to violence. Instead he decided to use the courts to expose the diabolic methods of rigging by the NDC..
In the end the judgement did not make any sense, and all were made to believe the Judges hands were greased.
