The enemies who want you to lose are within – Solomon Nkansah tells Mahama

A former propaganda secretary for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Solomon Nkansah, has told the former President of Ghana and flagbearer of the NDC, John Dramani Mahama, that he harbors no ill will against him.

According to Solomon Nkansah, John Dramani Mahama should look within, and he will find those who are very close to him but do not wish him well.

Solomon Nkansah was speaking on Accra-based Okay FM when he made this statement.

He said, "I am not close to President Mahama. Naturally, the people who wish for your downfall are the ones closest to you. I am not close to him, so why would I wish for his downfall? He should look within.

"They should stop creating disaffection for me with those fake publications. If I cannot communicate on the radio for the political party, I should be able to contribute to the work of the political party in another way. However, if these false publications are widespread, even if I go and represent the party somewhere, they might even decide to beat me up," he said.

What's even more hurtful, according to Solomon Nkansah, is the fact that he was blamed for leaking Chairman Ofosu Ampofo's audio, which has resulted in the chairman still going to court when the political party failed to investigate to get to the bottom of the issue.
