Let My Vote Count Alliance rallies support for Nana Addo and Co

Pressure group, Let My Vote Count Alliance (LMVCA) has embarked on a vigorous nationwide campaign to rally support for Nana Akuffo Addo and Co’s who are challenging President John Mahama’s legitimacy as the winner of the 2012 Presidential election.

By this move, well meaning Ghanaians have been reminded to join the bandwagon against the alleged electoral fraud that characterized the 2012 elections.

Kick-starting its campaign in the Greater Accra region, the Alliance’s train made its first stop at the Okaishie market on Friday and headed to Tema.

On Saturday, the train will hit Koforidua, the eastern regional capital and its official launch expected to take the shape of a “gargantuan” rally will be held at the Dome Kwabenya constituency.”

The Alliance earlier called for a complete overhaul of the Electoral Commission and pushes Ghanaians to resist any calculated moves to mortgage the nation’s democracy.

A member of the Alliance, David Asante in an interview impressed upon particularly the youth to zealously safeguard the nation’s democratic credentials.
