  It is with much disgrace that until this civlised world of todays era the consular section of the Embassy of Ghana in Beijing (China) is still been run like the old-style of the Ministries where there is no fomalities and/or requirement whatsoever in obtaining visa to foreigners. Does it mean that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Immigration Service of our dear Motherland lack qualified men rather just a single one-man consular who seem to be so disorganised and has no criteria on the job he is been assigned for? Comments have been made by most prominent and prospective investers who has visited the consular section upon the request of the so-call "one-man-show" consular for interview on their visa application. And the reports from some of this interviews are considered a mockery to Ghana as whole. Hardly to believe as a citizen a courtesy call was made to witness some of this interview, lo and behold nothing sound professional of any kind. I was compelled to record the a few of this hearings (though illegal)which in actual fact if published could make a great damage of the country as a whole. I am posting it to the Ministry concern for their listening pleasure and explain if this is how our overseas consular sections are run or suppose to be manned. On the other hand the same one-man-show consular has his own visa agents whom are always assured any quantity of visas irregardless of criteria or requirement. What the Consular should note is that Chinese people gossip among themselves on every secret move of anykind being it official or personal. My dear brothers and sisters lets save our reputation as the most respectful and and hospitable nation in Africa and advice our Foreign Ministry and for that matter the "one-man-consular" in Ghana Embassy in Beijing to show diplomacy and professionalism in the job we have assigned to do on behalf of our great nation. Does it mean that the requirement and process put on the website are just for the sake of internet savy or only a showoff? Why should we Ghanaians allow a single person's arrogancy and disrespectfulness affect the whole nation? Not forgetting the old adage "Give respect and take respect". Is the Consular in Beijing superior to all other Ghana consulars abroad or is it his personal business? Is he the only person working in that department hence seems to be too busy all over the place?
