Edubiase chief criticises GPL fixtures

New Edubiase Chief Executive William Asare says he finds his club’s start to the season ‘unbelievable’.

Among their five Premier League games, the Bekwai-based side will play giants Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko.

“I am not happy with the fixtures at all. It’s not proper and somebody at my club must speak and that is exactly what I’m doing,” Asare told Happy FM.

“We have been paired against Hearts in the opening game, then travel to Wa to face another difficult test then we come back to play Kotoko.

“What kind of fixtures is that? I have told my president that I am not happy about the fixtures and I must make my concerns public,” he stressed.

Edubiase will kick start their campaign with a home game against Hearts in Bekwai on September 15.
