Kotoko Circles congress rescheduled

Footy-ghana.com can confirm that the national delegates’ congress of the main supporters’ wing of Asante Kotoko, the National Circles, has been rescheduled for September 7 2013 in Kumasi.

According to the National Circles Council spokesperson, Nana Kwame Dankwa, the congress, which was originally scheduled to take place on August 31 in Accra, was given a new date and venue after what he describes as “wide consultations among the supporters.”

Footy-ghana.com understands that new national executives will be elected during the congress and according to our sources the venue and date were changed because of Ghana’s 2014 World Cup qualifier against Zambia on September 6 in Kumasi.
