  Talk about Mobile Money interoperability, John Mahama earmarked $2.5billion to make that possible but when NPP came to power, they use only $4.5million to launch that project so, the question is, why did earmark $2.5billion? That is how corrupt and a thief Mahama is.

  The president appoints the finance minister and has the power.The finance minister wields power than the vice.
  
  The vice president is the best to carry Ghana forward.
