Chief Executives having a lot of money in this Country is not unusual, simply because of who they are and control where money is spent.or directed without any fear of accountability.
Opuni is not going to testify ,on the grounds that he could incriminate himself,he hasn't said that,but implies that.
The eleven witnesses have been bought off,with substantial amounts of money to purjer themselves, the prosecutor knows this ,but the truth will come out no doubt.
This is theft on a grand scale ,never seen before and has dragged on for a number of years.
So if Opuni,considers himself not guilty of grand theft ,WHY NOT TESTIFY,? AND SAY WHERE HIS ENORMOUS WEALTH CAME FROM..
HE has the right to remain silent, but the facts are he is as guilty as sin,simply because he is unable to say where the unexpected wealth came from.
What about a polygraph test?.....nope ,he wouldn't go for that............I hope his assests have been seized in his bail conditions...This is greed in monumental proportions.....and he will be found guilty....only if the prosecution can brake down these 11 witnesses...you only need one to spill their guts to get a conviction.....25 years inside sounds about right.
The court needs to set an example to these high flying executives they are accountable.......so keep your snout out of the trough,or face 20 years inside.

Readers,......that is nonsense, the prosecutors in this trial have spent millions of taxpayers money to get a conviction, on something that they believe to be right......RIGHT IS RIGHT.

It is clear that this case was not about tye guilt or otherwise of the accused. It has been a clear case of hatred and political vendetta. Dr Opuni was vindicated right after the cross examination of the first prosecutions witness. Opuni will neither testify today or tomorrow.
