I do not think that the President had a private chat with the Almighty in the manner of David and Solomon and promised to build a Cathedral in Ghana. The Accra to Tema motorway was a need and the President of the day built it. Similarly, the national conference centre and the national theatre. The President has built many projects and the cathedral is one. The benefits? List the many great christian capitals of the world and see the benefits. Man shall not eat only but also look at attractions of city and country.
