The leaseAct in the land Acts is the most unjustifiable and injustice law that need urgent attention and abolishment . some lands are sold in billions of cedis , why should we allow the same person who has sold it very expensively , another Rights to come back again in 99years to sell the same piece of land Again either to me or to other person ?

sanitation Funds could also be added into the Chieftaincy Fund, so that the community, town or the city could manage their waste .
all these would bring the chiefs participate actively in the national development.
it is also going to reduce political tensions and undue advantage taken by the so call political animals

Today, I’ve realised they’re so tribalistic and exist to do the bidding of Kumaishene. If you’re an Akan like myself but not an Ashanti. Ask yourself these questions:

- What has the NPP as a party done for your region and people compared to what they do and are doing for Kumasi and Ashanti?

-Do they do the bidding of your chiefs as they do for Kumasihene ?

DO NOT WASTE YOUR VOTE ON THE NPP. It’s not an Akan party. It’s ASHANTI PARTY.

I'm afraid this country will be pluck into war with the interference of government in the affairs of Chieftaincy. This is a move to usurp the powers of the chief and make them puppets to government. This is a move to make party people political chiefs all in the name of "recognition". This is a move by government to determine who is a chief and who isn't based on their preference. This move is an against the 1992 constitution which prevents government from interfering into the affairs of Chieftaincy. Ghana, the future is pregnant and maybe forced to bring forth a baby so ugly that we may shy aware from.
