Hope they're not going to do same as they unjustifiably did it against Presumed Innocent Gregory Afoko and kept him under iron gates for 7 years and still counting even when prosecution failed to proof their case. According to reliable sources in NPP, Gregory, a conspicuous victim of circumstance is suffering on behalf of his senior brother Paul Afoko who Akufo Addo hates to the bones for no apparent reasons apart from he preventing misuse and proper demanding accountability to campaign funding by the Akyem Abuakwa Sakawa Mafia Syndicates

@ joe, what is captivating is about the fact that this witness stands a better chance of being truthful that the prosecution's witness who was lying through his teeth just so to secure a re employment after many years of retirement. This witness is still at post in cocoa board and that he wouldn't lie to jeopardise his fast rising career. This witness from all indications is being honest and truthful because there are not strings attached to his testimonies even as a subpoenaed witness. It is so refreshing to see how the lies that were told about Dr Opuni are being exposed.

Honyenuga who was the first judge to handle the case knew very well the case was not credible after the prosecutors bought all their witnesses. Honyenuga desperately rejected 18 documents the prosecutors had brought to the court as documents they gathered during their investigation to make their case with 27 charges which the court admitted without any objections from the parties. These documents exonerated the defendants so they applied for no case. Honyenuga alone without any open court discussion rejected the documents and asked the defendants to defend their case. The innocence of Dr Opuni and Agongo is Very Loud and clear.
