It's a matter of presenting evidence to the authorities for necessary actions to be taken against them. No ndc appointee will sweep corrupt practices by previous gov't appointees under the carpet. Even those who said there was massive state capture, loot and share, building mansions across the borders of Ghana, Cecilia Dapaah would go to jail etc etc, have shut up and looking elsewhere after they've got what they wanted as if they weren't the people who made all kinds of allegations against their opponents. If this thinking becomes the norm, then after every change of government, all former ministers will have to be investigated. There are times a minister may not be inclined to go with a particular contract not being the sector minister, you have no say. If this is the thinking of cudjoe and cohorts, then our constitution will have to be amended to require the president signs all contracts because the minister acts on the expressed instructions of the president.
