Ghanaians are very sentimental about football and it would be disastrous for us not to feature in the AFCON after qualifying, else I would have suggested we allow the GFA to run the show completely for once without Govt support. To me that would be independence from Government control.

The Ministry of Finance or the Minister of Finance prepares the budget in consultation with the leader of the Executive branch but before the Minister of Finance can read the4 final draft of the budget to the Nation, the President has to sign on to it or approve it, the same like the budget for Blackstars.
