Agyekum Kuffuor is Ghana's no. 1 traitor. We defended him from the foolish Ewes for nothing. These are the people who go into Ghana politics to help others but bring hatred for Ashantis. Kuffuor is very self-serving. He did the same thing when he abandoned his party to join Rawlings only to be put in jail. With his selfish behaviour, he courted hatred for Ashantis who received nothing from his government. Kuffuor never helped any Ashanti during his era, but we Ashantis are being blamed for his selfishness. From 1968 to 2000, he did nothing for his constituency which was the largest in Ghana. All he did was move the district capital from one place to another and eventually located it in his father's hometown. He is the real killer of NPP, not Nana Addo.

Kuffour is a material person, who will do anything to satisfy his wants.
As an NPP supporter, I say this as my personal assessment of the ex-President. Can he go back to the NPP Executive Meeting to plan the next course of action, pre, during, and post Supreme Court case? How comfortable will he (Kuffour)feel
among his peers in such meetings?

Kuffour has really, really disappointed me.

During his presidency I wasn't his fan but, trust me, comparing his achievements with previous or current administrations and how he played his cards, my perception of him changed after he left office. You may like him or dislike him, think of him as a good person or bad person but one thing is for sure Kufour is one hell of a smart man.

One day my late father sat me down and said – I know you genuinely think what you are doing is right, but I have been there like you and have the truth for you; believe me son, they are nation wreckers.
He continued. I went to prison 5months supporting the UP (United Party) and fighting Nkrumah. I did that because of the trust I had in what I heard. After some years and by 1964, I realized it was all wrong. That it is either them or no one else. It’s not about the Nation.
Obviously, I refused to accept what Dad told me until he died in 2005. I am now grown enough to understand what he meant. Dad I am sorry, I should have respected the fact that “you have been there before”

Let us also hope that the opposing 'factions' will show a public 'EMBRACE AND A SHOW OF UNITY' when the case pending at the suprememe court has been settled and we all know where we stand.

What Ghana needs is peace, unity and a concerted effort to reduce the current unacceptably high level of poverty, illiteracy, food insecurity and underperformance of our institutions. Growing the economy into economic independence and prosperity lies in the hands of all sides and in particular one hopes that the business community and private industry will dialogue with, and join with the government to move the "BETTER GHANA AGENDA" forward.

Speaking to an industrialist friend recently, I feel there is a need for REACHING OUT to sections of the business community who for one reason or another feel aggrieved and need some REASSURANCE from Government that they are not only important and needed, they are are more importantly, AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE AGENDA. BY THE SAME TOKEN, THE BUSINESS COMMUNITY NEEDS TO REACH OUT TO GOVERNMENT IN A SINCERE AND SERIOUS WAY because it takes two to tango after all.

All of them have made us proud. I must in turn salute Kuffour and Konadu for exhibiting the sense of patriotism and maturity. Kuffour has indeed distinguised himself as a true statesman and different from the current stock of leaders in the NPP. Posterity will remember this gentel gaint. On her part, Konadu has demonstrated a sense of goodwill, but as it is often said, one good turn deserves another. Cadres of the NDC feel it is heartwarming to see her around. But beyond that gesture, cadres and party supporters want nana Konada and those in the political wilderness back into the party permenantly. God bless our homeland Ghana.

As he got out, a truck passed too close and tore off the door on the driver's side.

The lawyer immediately grabbed his cell phone, dialed 911, and within minutes a policeman pulled up.

Before the officer had a chance to ask any questions, the lawyer started screaming hysterically. His Lexus, which he had just picked up the day before, was now completely ruined no matter what the body shop did to it.

When the lawyer finally wound down from his ranting and raving, the officer shook his head in disgust and disbelief.

"I cannot believe how materialistic you lawyers are," the cop said. "You are so focused on your possessions that you don't notice anything else."

"How can you say such a thing?" asked the lawyer.

The cop replied, "Don't you know that your left arm is missing from the elbow down? It must have been torn off when the truck hit you."

Today in our political dispensation which is filled with individualism/selfishness instead of collective way of thinking and doing things and show of open mindedness, President Kuffuor has proven to be a man who is gifted with rich politically sound maturity. No doubt Ghanaians made him president and God approved it for eight years. Nana Addo on the other hand should have cultivated this sense of maturity long ago under Kuffuor through apprenticeship, but laziness, selfishness and arrogance took the better part of him.
Kuffuor refused to have his name shamefully dragged in the mud and penned down at the wrong side of history books by Nana Addo who has already tarnished his image and only working hard to make his name inerasable at the wrong side of history books.
It is about time the blind followers of Nana Addo pinches themselves very hard, endure the bitter pain, wake up from their ignorant sleep and wash their faces with facts of reality garnished with wisdom and common sense. What they know not is that Nana knows he is carrying a heavy shameful load and he wants to have others help him carry it for the rest of his life. Kuffuor wisely saved his head and neck from such a load.
I leave Nana with his followers this old ‘joke’ that is not funny at all but a wakeup call; a joke pregnant with wisdom told by many grandparents. ‘It is only a foolish fly that follows a corpse to the grave’

Akuffo Addo should be wise and get on the side of Ghanaians.

More so, Akuffo Addo should learn from Hilary Clinton. When she lost the contest to Barack Obama, she simply conceded and embraced Obama to her Advantage. Today, she is the most favored of all the politicians in America and hopefully, 2016 should be hers for the taking.
