Why did he not tell us if he, as he claims to have been in Ghana during the elections, saw instances of the alleged rigging?

Ghana is a merely political construct. Being a ghanaian is not about identity or origin, its a merely political affiliation. Anyone, who chooses to can become a ghanaian.
