The NDC would have to explain to Ghanaians how a dead man came to author and sign a letter!

The opening paragraph states, “I came to serve; I have finished my time here on earth and have moved on to everlasting rest and celestial duties with my heavenly father.”

The immediate question is; how did the dead man come to sign his own personal tribute, since he is already in heaven?

The letter then goes on melodramatically, “As you leaf through these pages of my life’s story, I pray to God that it touches your heart in many positive ways. Weep not, I am not dead. I am alive and awake in the Lord. Ghana will not die; Ghana will live to declare the works of the Lord. THe Police is a noble institution and the leadership should sit up and avoid in-figthings and recommend the best officer most qualified by all Police standards to the post of IGP to the Minister for Interior for the endorsemenent of the President.

Now lets go to MOD Burma Camp, the officers there are so corrupt that, there is no discipline in the army anymore. They only think of going to Lebanon and other war torn countries on peace keeping operations. One day those countries would also keep peace in ours if we are not bold enough to challenge corruption. In 2001, a General from Bimbilla, (eastern corridor) was the most senior to be the Chief of Staff of the Ghana Armed Forces, he was by passed by president Kufour and sent to Moscow as ambassador. He saved Ghana by refusing to stage a coup when Rawlings asked him. Seniority, professionalism and national interest must guide promotion. No tribalism, which led to the promotion of Lt. Colonel Acheampong as commander of 1 Brigade in Tema. The consequence the 13th January 1972 coup. God Bless Mahama, God bless Ghana

We all see the level of indiscipline in our state institutions that are played out in all major events and exercises.

The Police hierarchy is aware of the NDC encroachments into the Force solely for their political ends as was illustrated in the just-ended elections.

Now that the Police have done their part of the bargain and have helped install NSC in power irrespective of the distinct possibility of widespread vote counting falsifications, the NDC government looks on helpless to step in to ensure the rightful person takes over from the former IGP who consistently turned a blind eye to various NDC illegal activities, a behaviour which smacks of connivance to most people.

If Ghana is being ruled by a truly democratic government who is democratic in the spirit of democracy why isn't there a procedure for an effective transfer of leadership in the Police Force?

The NDC fear is stepping in could potentially get them exposed of their coupling with the Police Force.

Under NDC our state institutions are polluted, they all exist f for NDC's continual stay in power.

BNI, Police, GBC, State Council, all these institutions are partisaned by the NDC to keep them in power.
And would ask for what ends? CORRUPTION! WHAT ELSE CAN RAWLINGSES AND TSIKATAS POSSIBLY OFFER GHANAIANS?
