When Kwaku Baako informed us about the atrocities of Kwasi Pratt during PNDC Regime, some of us did not believe until the truth was confirmed during the NRC. Kwasi Pratt is the most dangerous Journalist Ghana had ever have, he had the gut to recommend his fellow journalists to be executed by PNDC. Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwasi Prat can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Prat and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. The souls of those journalist killed through Pratts recommendations to PNDC will never forgive Pratt. Now Patt has the gut to take Diplomatic Passport and smuggled his weak-headed children to work at the Ministries under Mills NDC, may God forgive Pratt and his dependance and spare them of the evils ahead of them...

@ Withdraw their petition from The Supreme Court.
3. Nana Akuffo Addo should then call President Mahammah and congratulate him for winning the elections.
4. Render an unqualified apology to all Ghanaians and supporters who had been deceived and disappointed by the 'filing of the petition'.
5.Render an apology to the NDC, as a party.

Anytime you see or realize that you are beginning to have different views from your leaders or the party, you simply turn in your resignation letter.
Three Ghanaian citizens filed the petition a the Supreme Court. They are all NPP memebers, and therefore have the same or identical ideas.
Now, if the supreme court can decide that NDC ,as an entity, can join the suit at the Supreme Court on the grounds of being 'an interesed party', then, in the same vein, there is no difference between the three petitioners and the NPP.
If NDC + President Mhammah = Respondents.
Then the NPP + petitioners = Plaintiffs.

The issue is NPP cannot withdraw the case from court because they have made it abundantly clear to their supporters, sympathizers, and Ghanaians in general that, they have a solid petition/case backed with evidence, to address the irregularities that characterized the elections and as result, lead to the overturning/annulment of the gazetting of then Candidate John Mahama, now President Mahama, as the legitimate elected President of Ghana, by the EC. The NPP cannot be seen to be backing down in the face of such a clear stance because, it would clearly, create a credibility issue for the party. Whichever way NPP looks at this conundrum they find themselves, going forward, Nana Addo would have a very difficult time convincing the NPP supporters that, he's the right material for 2016. The NDC has done a very excellent job of defining Nana Addo, and current events have not very much endeared Nana Addo to the floating voters and even some NPP sympathizers. Peering closely at how events are unfolding, Nana Addo's stake on his eventual nomination and subsequent winning of elections in Ghana to be a President is dwindling by the day on the ticket of the NPP.
The boycotting of parliamentary procedures by the NPP, although it is a legitimate process of expressing one's protestation of the alleged electoral fraud perpetuated by the EC/NDC, the evidence to support such an assertion, is the very reason why the NPP is in court. So the question becomes, does the NPP believe in the rule of law and the integrity of our Judiciary to adjudicate on this matter based soley on the facts and evidence as presented, and not on any extenuating circumstances?

If the first place NPP as a party did not file the petition. The petition was filed by three members of the party who are citizens of Ghana.
If the NPP does not believe in the Rule of Law , it would have advised the petitioners to go into the bush for a 'guerilla war' like Mr. Jonas Savimbi of Angola. Don't you see that?

The NPP as a party is not contesting the results of the election. They have not applied to join the petition. As the petition stands, it has been filed by 3 citizens. So how can those individuals tie the hands of all the NPP MPs? That is most absurd and rather than address this quandary you go about "older" nonsense. Maybe the NPP is senile. Old age dulls the senses.

Age goes with experience. The fact that NDC has childishly joined the respondents does not mean that more matured and experienced members of this party, NPP, should emulate childishness.

And the 3 citizens are doing it independently of themselves and not on any party's platform right? And as per the constitution that the NPP is so wont of quoting, the SC Judges, having allowed the NDC as a party to join the petition, still makes that statute, that, it is only a Ghanaian citizen and not a party that can file such a case sacrosanct, right? The case has been filed indirectly on behalf of NPP and the earlier the NPP wised up to the ramifications of this matter, both positively and negatively, the better it is for the party. The petition/case as presented in court, to fix the inherent flaws in our elections is one of the best and most far reaching and lasting legacies that, Nana Addo can leave Ghanaians, as he exits our politics. He cannot and would not lead the NPP party in 2016 and by extension would not be a President of Ghana. He's done.

Should the minority MPs continue with their unnecessary boycotting, their constituencies should amass numbers to make a call of vote of no confidence in them; they are hurting their constituents badly.
They were not put there (Parliament) by only NPP members; there were some NDC members and independents who voted for them to represent them. Even if only NPP supporters voted for them, they are to represent the entire tax payers in their constituencies; something they are failing to do by their actions and inactions.
I am calling on their constituents to organize and pass vote of no confidence in any MP involved in this and subsequent boycotting of important issues for which they are to play a key role.

The NPP is minority in parliment , NDC had a super majority so what diffrence does it make for NPP to boycot or sit in delibrations
Who told these NPP MPs that this NDC govt needs their ideas in parliament to govern? We don't need them at the vetting committee at all. They should, as a matter of principle, boycott their salaries and other allowances since ...

WE are not going back, npp should not think the case is in court so they are going to win, never. Ghana is moving forward with or without Npp.
What happens if the SC adjudicates the dispute in favour of Mr. Mahama? Does it not sound strange and indeed vexatious that those NPP MPs who won their seats agreed with the EC even in those constituencies where the NPP claim ...

The Minority Leader, Osei Kyei-Mensah- Bonsu, should also not accept his position since his it would be illegitimate until the Supreme Court case is over.
I note that kyei Mensah-Bonsu isn't boycotting the 'illegimate' rent allowance rise, granted by the 'illegitimate' government and parliament. NPP are just shameless and self-serving
You should wait till any of them is paid.
These parliamentarians are professional men and not 'veranda boys'. They are self-made men with good jobs. Politics is just a vocation or a part-time job to many of them.
That is what you think. Keep dreaming.
I WANT TO LET THE ASHANTI/AKYEM VILLAGERS TO COME TO THE SOUTH AND BURN THE SEA THEN I WILL BE CONVINCED THAT GHANA CAN NOT GO ON WITHOUT THEM,WE ARE TIRED OF THESE DRUG PARTY.
I think this is cheating on the npp MPs part, they should boycott wages , salaries and all the allowances. You can not take money without working. This is a cheat on every citizen of Ghana. Ghana TAX PAYERS should wake up.
You are not being fair. In accounting, this may be called 'idle time'.
Your anger should fall on The Supreme Court to expedite the hearing of the petirtion. Period.!
Kofi Asaase Asa-Mantukwa, when workers go on strike in the developed world, their union gives them an allowance because they are not paid by the company they work for. I think that should apply to the boycotting MP's.
We, the Ghanaian people, do not know what issues you,P.C.Ofori and others deliberated upon, but we do know that all sitting MP's took an oath to respond to calls to duty. Did you take the issue of the oath of office into cons ...

AS THEY ARE BOYCOTTING THE VETTING WILL THEY BOYCOTT THEIR FAT SALARIES AND RENT ADVANCE?
THEN THEY SHOULD BOYCOTT PARLIAMENT BUSINESS ALTOGETHER SO THAT GHANAIANS BELIEVE IT THAT THEY ACTIONS ARE NOT SELFISH BUT SELFLESS AND IN GHANA'S INTEREST.
Let the NPP members of the Vetting Committee carry on boycotting the vetting. Who cares? The NDC members on the Committee should, unilaterally, vet the nominees and, Prez. Mahama should ignore the NPP and carry on ruling Ghan ...

Age goes with experience. The fact that NDC has childishly joined the respondents does not mean that more matured and experienced members of this party, NPP, should emulate childishness.
Such a feeble response. If it was childish why did Akkuffo Addo & Co object only to lose.
Your comment is betraying you. Party discipline means that a member of a party should abide by the decisions of the National Executives or the Leaders. There is something called 'party -whip' in politics.
Party discipline doesn't mean following a few ambitious individuals like sheep. party's have caucuses and factions for that matter. There are Euro Skeptics and Europhiles in the Conservative Party. There are Fiscal Conservati ...
