    Many writers have written numrous articles on ghananweb and modernghana to raise an awareness on road safetyy but no one seem to be listening.

    Again, most of the vehicles do not have workable speedometers but when they get unto the road, they speed without knowing what kilometers per hour the bus or vehicle is doing. What will be the result? Your guess is as good as ...
