  How long has this been going on and the government seems disoriented about the whole situation.
  
  Knowing that people living in mining areas are poorly educated, they entice them with mouth watering offers yet, they renege when it comes to payment of compensation for whatever they are entitled.

  In this 21 century, we continue to allow the Europeans to cheat and exploit us. Our leaders are so corrupt and they spend their whole time in dirty politics. I suggest that the poor farmers unite and hire brilliant lawyers to defend them. Our government is useless and hopeless.
