    Yes we need computer based system in the country. Have we put the neccessary foundations douwn for that project. No project is strated from the middle.
    We need to build a powerful net speed and storage.

    Please do not just give them out. Do think about it's maintenance and ensure it serves the purpose as I will not be suprise some of these devices would end up on the black market if proper arrangements are not made.

    This case needs investigation. What company is doing this project; is it Ghanaian or was given to a foreign company? What will be the scope and functionality in the project? Why does it cost so much?

    It is unthinkable that digitization alone should cost 1 million dollars let alone 13.7 million. Give this project to a patriotic Ghanaian and he will do it under 500 000 dolars
