  This news pocess false information.The fail world economy has not not revive and their is a rumouse that,there is probability that the world economy will take for the worse if the crisis in Europe are not check.There is mass unemployment that has hit europe and China economy is down,so where do middle class rise comes from if majority of working force are unemployed?ILO is posting hoax information on Ghana web.
