NDC should not have been allowed to "transform" into a "legitimate" party anyway, coming from violence, by way of overthrowing our CONSTITUTION and murdering their way into the political arena. Not even High court Judges were spared by AFRC/P/NDC. Now their fate is in the hands of the JUDGES, so they are shivering in their underwears. I now know not all people who went to high high schools and recieved high high education are actually intelligent. Some of them are just as stupid as their mother's underwear. The Supreme Court ca NEVER overturn the elections. Every right thinking person would knows that. We passed through a very volatile pre-election period. If you want to follow the rule of law and allow the Supreme Court to adjudicate the case why keep on being presumptuous as a matter of legal precedence? Not that I have reason to doubt that most of all these educated Ashanti boys, sincerely did not earn their certifications, not to say there are no bright and highly intelligent Ashantis. Its just that majority of them have brought so much indignation, disrespect and dishonesty and hatred towards an entire tribe. We must join forces with all out good Ashanti brothers and sisters and put an end to this dangerous path.

First and foremost, it does not matter how the Supreme Court adjudges this case a whole lot more rests on their shoulders than just the stability of the country, their lives, and that of many others, because there shall be resistance, and the government in power has the upper hand, and at worst close to 50% of the country behind them...THINK!!!

NPP is not CPP or PPP or any other 3rd political party, they are a very well known and disliked political group. Their graves are going to be shallow!

The case before the Supreme Court is about justice. The only thing that can keep the stability of the state is the TRUTH, FACT, and the LAW. If you think when all these are applied in rulings against the NDC or Mahama may still resort to instability of the country, then so be it, because JUSTICE will have to prevail rather than INJUSTICE and LAWLESSNESS.

Another issue common with NDC apologists like yourself, is the culture of insults you've assumed. If you'd apply logic in your delibrations rather than insults, there will not be much tension in our political arena. What is it that according to your "research" or "observation" ASANTIS have done to bring "indignation" to themselves? On what basis are you labelling NPP as "ignorant"? NPP is CHALLENGING the elections which EC declared Mahama a winner. Until the Supreme Court made a ruling on the case, it's natural that the NPP will not fully cooperate with Mahama as though he's a President elected without any glitch. Does this call for insults on Asantis or NPP? You're talking about "shallow" graves reserved for NPP yet you have the audacity to label Asantis and NPP as ignorant.

The percentage of Ghanaians behind NDC or NPP is irrelevant. What is at stake here is the RULE of LAW and JUSTICE that WILL have to prevail irrespective of which party the Supreme Court will rule in favour or otherwise.

To begin with, all of them have no clue what their responsibilities or job task consist of as parliamentarians. When they open their mouths they don't sound like fools but, they come across like pure fools and like illiterates. This John character has validated my perspective about them.
It's time the people they're to serve start holding them accountable. Stripe them of that hopeless salutation, Honorable. They're nothing honorable but a bunch of fools and thieves. I do not really care who the president is, I just want to see that the person is the same person elected by the people of this great country. Throughout the history of democracy, there is no precedent for actual votes cast be more than the registered voters. Infact the reverse is the case. Let's assume one million people registered to vote in an election. By the time the registration would be done, campaigns are carried on, actual voting carried out and votes are counted, some of the voters would travel, some would die and some would simply not go to cast the ballot due to shere laziness. Some there has never been and there would never be an election where actual votes cast turns out to be more than the voters' register, may be except in Afari Gyan's Ghana. I pray that this court would be bold enough to call a spade a spade and throw away this ellegal regime. God bless Ghana and God bless democracy. AMEN

The case lacks merit in the first instance. There are 26,002 polling stations. He is asking for a declaration based on the selected sample of 24,000 polling stations.

Next they allege electoral fraud and a conspiracy between the first and second respondents.
Paragraph 26 of the petition states, “The petitioners say that all of the irregularities and electoral malpractices captured above were nothing but a deliberate, well-calculated and executed ploy or a contrivance on the part of the respondents with the ultimate object of unlawfully assisting the first respondent (President) to win the 2012 December presidential election.”

The respondents are asking for proof of this conspiracy as they are entitled to do under Rule 69 A (4) of the Supreme Court (Amendment) Rules, 2012 (C.I. 74), which says a respondent may apply for further and better particulars in order to prepare adequately for a case.

Also during those times, they had the majority. NPP DID BOYCOTTED parliament on all the 2 teram, every goddam law was yea yeah!
Why would you give chance for this to happen again? LET US REMMBER TO THOUGHT "if you live in a house or a community and out of anger you give up your participating in Laws making,is said that the fools would make their stupid laws for you to be judged with and make you obey them.

Caretaker presidents dont become presidents. Mahama you been used by NDC in thinking it was the right thing to do as a vise president, you are not deputy president but vice.
It would be very difficult for John Mahama to hang on something he has been taking care of since the death of Mills.
If Mahama wanted to be the president he should have had somebody else to act as caretaker. NPP is taking John Mahama because of his position as a caretaker president, it was on John Mahama watch that the votes were rigged, and nobody is saying JM knew of the rigging. If JM knew there was rigging he would have stop it but its too late now and that is why he is in court.
Mahama is but ready for President, the president should be the Atuguba family who are working hard to defend him. Where were the Atuguba family when Mills pass away, why didnt they advice JM before the elections or they did care what JM was doing. Why do they care now when we all know the election was rigged not by JM but workers of electoral commission.
The bosses of EC dont really how the election was rigged, its going to be a shock to John Mahama when NPP lawyers open the case.

As I've always posted here, they've been rigging elections since 1992 when Rawlings, after being pushed by Western Powers to return the country to democratic governance stole the elections when late Prof. Adu Boaheng contested. The man later wrote a book about "The Stolen Verdict."

The NDC have been going on airwaves telling Ghanaians that the NPP don't have any evidence; their lead attourney, Tsatsu Tsikata says NPP's evidence is mathematically bankrupt and bogus ect. Now the very people who're bragging of victory are in panic mode; they want Nana Akufo-Addo & Co. to open their evidence for to them so they may know how to make corrections and deceive Ghanaians and maybe the Supreme Court itself.

The NDC leadership and John Mahama is using the African Union to try to project their illegal occupation of the throne, by making all sorts of pronouncements at the AU. Notablly by vouching for Mr. Alan Kyeremateng's nomination as WTO president, in a way to cause disaffection among NPP supporters, the Ghanaian and International pupulace in general, towards Nana Akufo-Addo. But as the saying goes; "he who has been blessed by God, no-one can curse" and the NDC better take notice.

In his bid to cause fear and panic in Ghana, John Mahama is trying to allign himself with the Ghana Army promising to buy more ammunition or military equipment for our forces, just as late Prez. Atta-Mills tried to do. It's as if Ghana is preparing for war---against an unknown enemy. Or maybe he wants to turn the country to Military rule, just as Mr. J.J. Rawlings did in the late 90s and early 80s. Well, Ghanaians are now clever and waiting to see what John Mahama and the NDC are all about.

Seriously, I wonder how John Mahama feels right now---does his conscience tell him that he's right? Or does he honestly think Ghanaians are still fools who can be manipulated by dirty tricks, thievery and lies? Or do the NDC think electin fraud is a small case which can easily be swept under the carpet?

The NDC and their advisors should quickly come to their come to their senses and realise that the nation Ghana abound in wisemen; there's no shortage of honest-but-talented citizens who're ready to fight for the right thing to be done esp. when it comes to the governance and direction of our beautiful country.

The "buga-buga" tactics, intimidation, mollestation and beatings of innocent citizens as was the case in those AFRC/P-NDC era cannot be tolerated anymore. We have seen enough of that and won't allow ourselves to be trodden upon by anyone.

I wonder what's going on in Ghana, esp. when NDC is the subject or topic? These are the very people who went around chanting war slogans, preaching about probity and accountability, freedom and justice and erradication of corruption. Under the NDC, for 19+4yrs and still counting, Ghana has witness untold corruption and abuse of power in history. We live with hypocrites and jealous people who cannot accept the fact that everyone has got the right to live and be happy the way God made them. They're envious of other people's progress.

John Mahama and his NDC better take notice that Ghanaians demand what is noble and what is right. The NDC cannot turn the nation's wheel of progress backward.
