the dominating theme in this article for me is corruption and government resolve to fight it. Ghana has a lot of institutions and sufficient legislative framework to deal with corruption. But what happens if the for political reasons wrong people are appointed, the institutions are not working or quietly taking advantage of the lack of performance standards and supervision of its activities by people like CJA to benefit from corruption.
