    Something is better than nothing, at least the government is trying to do something positive. However, I have to agree with brother MANTSE because he has presented a more viable solution.

    Who owns the company?

    How woould they select the youths?

    Who would repair the cars when they break down?

    How would they pay for the cost of the cars in terms of being accountable?
