    Are you saying companies should be allowed to keep vats without any action taken against them,or what?I DO NOT THINK YOU HAVE THE MENTAL CAPACITY TO THINK LOGICALLY.

    You need to ensure that all companies fulfil their tax obligations. We encourage you to use all the powers at your disposal so to do.

    They also have to pay interest on the monies they have collected and kept.They cannot use collected taxes to finance their businesses.
