  Mahama is a stealer and visionless.Mahama is clueless and has been sleeping since 2009. Mils/Mahama 1st term 2008-2012 was wasteful. Mahama 2nd term is a disaster. Mahama is clueless,hopeless, visionless and useless. Mahama prioritised free uniform and laptops instead of solving the water, energy and gas situations. If you have a stealer Mahama as president you will get protracted crisis. Ede be crisis!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

  ....."Main construction of the project, which was expected to cost about 622 million dollars, started in 2007 with a concessional loan of 263.5 million dollars from the Chinese Government and a buyer’s credit of 298.5 million dollars from the EXIM Bank in addition to government’s contribution of 60 million dollars.
  
  It was designed primarily for hydro power generation and includes the development of an irrigation scheme for agricultural development and presents an opportunity for enhanced eco-tourism and fisheries.
  
  The project also includes a resettlement and community support programme".
  
  WHAT NPP STARTED AND DID, THE NDC CAME TO DESTROY.
  
  HAD IT NOT BEEN THE PRESSURE COMING FROM ITS OWN SUPPORTERS ON THE DUM-SO, DUM-SO SITUATION, THIS GOVERNMENT WOULD HAVE LEFT THIS PROJECT TO DRAG ON, (BECAUSE IT WAS AN NPP PROJECT) AND ENABLED ASIEDU NKETSIA TO SIPHON MORE MONEY FOR HIMSELF AND HIS PARTY.
