THE FIRST FALL WAS THE THEIR JOHN THE BAPTIST WHO CAME AHEAD OF THE REAL THING.
Why will a bunch of “educated people” allow themselves to be ridiculed by one man-AkuffuoAddo?The truth is Akuffuo Addo has lost and lost his mind. Confused and desperate, he wants to remain “relevant” what he is doing is to cause trouble and confusion using some knuckle heads like the concert group that we saw displaying their foolishness in parliament during the president’s State of Nations Address. No decency, no conscience, and no self-respect. Mpianin and co are matured people and at this point, quiet frankly are so disappointed and embarrassed at their party and want to save it from sinking and degenerating fast. All the rest who think other wise are plane stupid, and that is the truth!
Does anyone really think this election has been rigged? Even the folks in the NPP secretly don’t believe that nonsense but they have to please their master Nana Addoat all cost, even to the nation..
The truth is that there could be irregularities in the election all right, but that should not be surprising for a new democracy like Ghana. Even today, Britain and the USA who been voting for centuries still have these problems. We still remember the recounts in Al Gore and Bush in the recount. Anyway, what makes NPP think the irregularities only occurred on their side? Are these people really reasoning at all? Do these people really think the Supreme Court would overturn the election and make Nana the president? Really? THIS NA BI COCOA HEAD REASONING OR WHAT?

Sometimes, I find it difficult to understand some MPs. How on earth could the minority be prevented from participating in parliamentary business? It is just folly to even contemplate something like that.
The minority decided to boycott some parliamentary business and if they decide not to boycott others, why not let them eat their own vomit? By the majority raising objection to the minority's participation, is the majority different from the minority? Such objection will only play into the hands of the minority and should not be encouraged. It's silly and misguided.

CHE ANDREW you call this wisdom? no wonder you voted for or you are an NDC.
NPP's refusal to perform some selected parliamentary functions is their right. What the Majority MP is saying is preventing somebody else's right. What if the minority also takes similar action that they will not allow the majority to debate the budget.
The minority's decision is unethical but that is their choice, but that doesn't give the majority the right to prevent the minority their right. The majority can also choose to debate the budget or not that is their right, and the minority can't force them.
I think the Majority MP's talk is useless and cannot be a demonstration of wisdom. The only talk about this impasse that can be wise is an advice to the minority to let sleeping dogs lie.

The majority MPs have no right to deny the minority from taking part in parliamentary debates. What most of us condemned was their very refusal to take part in those debates. That does not give the majority any right or authority over what the minority can, or cannot take part in. They should know the rules and the bounds of their 'authority'. Such silly utterances as this one and the stupid 'pomposity of triumphalism' of one party over another is core to the problems of politics in Ghana. The "winner takes all" mentality is as daft and bad as the minority boycotting parliamentary responsibilities.
Perhaps the majority should take a cue from one of their own, Honorable Pele Abuga who yesterday called for a more bipartisan approach to doing government business and moving forward as a nation. I will continue to confront the majority NDC party and its surrogates on this, and other matters affecting our democracy, governance and our development.

The NPP cannot make an announcement on a one by one, case by case basis. Having denied the legitimacy of the President and boycotted the vetting of Ministers, the only announcement that the world is waiting for is an admission that their decision is regretable and rescinded hereforth.
That is the only basis upon which they can take part in the debate on the Budget. They cannot be selective. Either they are in or they are out.

ALOOWING YOURSELVES TO BE USED.

The majority Ghanaians does not really recognize Mahama as the President of the country and have chosen to go about their individual jobs in search for food for the families but what they do care, is to sit down helplessly unconcern for any criminally and diabolical imposed budget to wreck the economy of the country beyond national recovery and does why the strong and popular opposition party will be in parliament to defend the people's rights.
Already we are being told that the 2012 budget had a whopper deficit of unbelievably 8.7 million Ghana Cedis. A huge amount which by the economist could have sponsored free SHS education for our children for 8 solid years. Meanwhile the President who had all his education for free was telling the nation that there is no money for such national programme. How did they got the money then to buy cars, sowing machines, lap tops and mobile phones in exchange for votes?
Ghanaians must wise up to wake up!!! We have been taken for granted far too long, made socially and financially poorer and become criminal worshipers as our beloved country is turned into a huge institution of boastful criminals.
