I think there is an illogical thinking with my NDC folks. Let me try and break it down for them. When there is more than one irregularities in a polling station, any good data analyst will make multiple copies of the information (THE PINK SHEET) with each copy depicting one irregularity. So if three irregularities occurred in one polling station, there would be three copies of the pink sheet for that polling station, this does not mean the polling station has been counted three times. The three irregularities would be collated to their respective categories. Tony Lithur initially thought the copies were mistake hence his initial confidence and aggressiveness but when he realise the futility of his cross examination his body language changed but could not stop for the sake of face saving. Now what he is doing is to waste time

When a case is in court, it is NOT allowed for anyone to be giving commentaries on the evidence being given, on a day to day basis.This area of the law is very complex and dangerous to laymen, and they better stay off it for their own sakes. Even informed comment is discouraged under the "sub judice" rule. uninformed comment and partisan effusions of the sort which the illiterate "corporal" Mosquito is known to dish out, are punishable by a chge fine or jail sentence. And he will not go alone --those who published his nonsense, for political or monetary gain, will also go with him.

JOYFM actually invited the "spokesmen" of the "legal teams"of the contestants to come an give their version -- or spin -- of what had happened in court! Can you believe it? What ignorance. That is illegal. It never done. And the "journalists" don't even read the news. If they had, they wold have seen a news item which reported that the Chief Justice had requested, indeed warned, lawyers "not to fight their cases on the radio".

If they don't stop, I am sure the judiciary is tough enough to make an example of some of them.Ignorance is no deenc in law.

Tony was alleging 38 polling stations where there were double counting. How many votes can come from these polling stations?Maximum 20,000 and you are there to challenge 4300000 votes? This is a disgrace. if he could spend 5-hours on this unfounded allegations of duplicated sheets then I can tell you that the respondents don't any good defense. For Christ seek Tony Lithur was the first Lawyer to do cross examination and one was expecting heavy damage inflicted on the Petitioners case but that never happened in his first 5-hours when his energy was supposed to be very high.

it is only mad people like akuffo addo, jake obetsebi lamptey and sir john who will ask the supreme court to cancel the votes of 4.6million ghanaians so that he the ugly,arrogant and shortman akuffo addo to become the president of ghana. there is no way the court will go that low to declare the npp winners of the election. if akuffo addo wants to be the president of ghana at all costs, he should grab a military uniform and stage a coup agaisnt the sitting president. he is just an apology of an elder of this country of ours.but for the 1966 coup, his late father could not have become a ceremonial president of kwame nkrumah's ghana. he and his family are just part of the devilish and bloody people in our country. they are not difference from termites and elephants. they dont think of anything good for ghana exept destroying ghana.
