Having succeeded in stealing public toilets,Lorry Parks,Toll booths,Metro Mass Transit buses e.t.c. without facing the long arm of the law, they thought it was that easy to steal an election too, hence their own interpretations of the proceedings.

I think there is an illogical thinking with my NDC folks. Let me try and break it down for them. When there is more than one irregularities in a polling station, any good data analyst will make multiple copies of the information (THE PINK SHEET) with each copy depicting one irregularity. So if three irregularities occurred in one polling station, there would be three copies of the pink sheet for that polling station, this does not mean the polling station has been counted three times. The three irregularities would be collated to their respective categories. Tony Lithur initially thought the copies were mistake hence his initial confidence and aggressiveness but when he realise the futility of his cross examination his body language changed but could not stop for the sake of face saving. Now what he is doing is to waste time

The issue with the sheets is quite simple and clear and will be perfectly understood by the judges. Is should also be remembered that the SC panel is made yp of judges who were nominated to the SC by both the NDC and the NPP and despite any political affiliations they may have as individuals the majority of their decisions as a panel have been unanimous.

When you mark your own work you are more likely to give yourself the highest mark possible.
How can you go to court on a baseless argument of having been cheated because 8,000-10,000 Polling Station Pink Sheets (Declaration sheets) have the same serial number or have duplicated serial numbers. How does that the duplication add votes to Mahama and subtract votes from Akuffo Addo. The argument that duplicated pink sheets correlated 80% to other errors is too elementary because if you have 10,000 sheets to 2,000 sheets you should expect a correlation of 80% or more. That apart which constitutional and statutory law provides that Pink sheets must be numbered and the votes cast must be annulled when there is duplication.
Then your key witness answer to your agents having been present at polling stations and signed the polling sheets is that they were observers and you need not even have them represent you at the polling stations. That was certainly an uninformed statement. Has he read the constitution to know that there is an obligation on the part of candidates to have their reps sign the Declaration forms before the results are announced?
