  Please, let the industry grow. Do you know that even with the up -to date sophisticated mining equipment there are still accidents. Provide money and incentives for the manufacturers to improve the mining equipment instead of stopping them. We need to develop our industrial sector with machines. All over the world except Africa industrial accidents occur daily-In the US the fertilizer factory just blew up! In Ghana if there is an industrial accident all we do is to confiscate and deny these technology to improve.

  Why arrest them?If they are able to manufacture machines for Galamsey,that means they are talented,so why arrest them instead of encouraging them to manufacture,lets say equipments for farming?And besides if our laws are being enforced well,i don't think the Galamsey will reach such a dimension.
  Even foreigners are doing Galasey,it means,there is something wrong with our law enforcement.
  Help the manufacturers to do something productive,and stop this threat of arrest.

  Foreigners are using heavy equipment to do galamsey and to destroy our eco system and they do not get arrested.It is illegal to arrest manufacturers of galamsey equipment because they done nothing wrong,Why denial their livelywood.They are not nkonfem to get 1.5billion cedis findings.It might be right for government to go a broad to arrest those that are manufacturing heavy equipment for galamsey operators to use.
