Bravo to this judge. The police as usual wanted to hide the facts and eventually find a way to let loose this lunatic of a man to continue to rape, maime and kill innocent kids.We need this kind of judges in Ghana.

This is the type of judicial performance we would like to see more of. Obviously, the Judge suspects some devious machinations by either the Police or the prosecution or both to suppress evidence that the girl's death emanated from the rape.

By submitting the case as a simple murder, the culprit is offered a wiggle room to argue lack of any intent to murder and subsequently get away with the ultimate crime.

If the second autopsy proves to be linked to the death of the girl, not only should the culprit be dealt with appropriately with that evidence, but the prosecution and the Police who initially submitted the case without any reference to the rape must be immediately arrested for attempting to cover up. These crooked officials of our Law Enforcement must be fired and prosecuted as well.
