I can't wait to be a subscriber, ISP's in Ghana are not considerate, while they promise jet speed, all you get is snail speed at the same cost.

I had to boot my service provider b'cos it was not worth keeping his name.
Hope 03b is real and can offer better service at affordable rate to especially many users in sub-saharan Africa

Good news. This is an indicator to governments in developing countries that fiber optics could become museum subjects. For which reason they should divert money to be invested in that area for other pressing needs.
