In fact, the SC is really wasting time that is why this crooks think they still stand a chance, where on earth have you seen SC removing democratically elected president and putting in a 70 years old drug baron, greedy and arrogant man as president? You have been found out and God will punish you for wasting Ghanaian tax-payers money. Npp is now for dogs, especially with people like sir john in the helm of affairs of the party. Npp will soon die and a new party formed in its place

When Kwaku Baako informed us about the atrocities of Kwesi Pratt during PNDC Regime, some of us did not believe until the truth was confirmed during the NRC. Kwesi Pratt is the most dangerous Journalist Ghana had ever have, he had the gut to recommend his fellow journalists to be executed by PNDC. Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Pratt and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. The souls of those journalist killed through Pratt's recommendations to PNDC will never forgive Pratt. Now Pratt has the guts to take Diplomatic Passport and smuggled his weak-headed children to work at the Ministries under Mills NDC, may God forgive Pratt and his dependance and spare them of the evils ahead of them...

but because of lack of wisdom cannot
see that it is this particular bunch of NDC crooks who has brought to bear on this nation, the people of this nation hardships, very difficult living condition on this nation and
the people of this country and still
can't see how the majority of this country are crying for a saviour, but
still supporting NDC dumso, dumso

stupid state Dramani Mahama has droped

Look at NDC, a such a bunch of criminals who abducted 3 high court judges, killed and mutilated their bodies has come out again trying to
intimidate our Supreme Court Judges.
Isn't it so strange if someone can say
he or she love our nation but supports
thievery, arm robbers, lies, violence,
corruption, incompetencies, deceitful,
dishonesty and total economical foolishness in our country?
Fellow country men and women we the
civilized Ghanaians should still fight

come to power and save our nation
and bring paradise to this nation.

I will grant you your 5 mins of fame with me and don't expect me to come back and reason with a fool like you.
The fact that the supreme court unanimously decided to punish someone because of contempt of court does not mean they are right. How idiotic could you be.
Fool, when US supreme court unanimously held that African Americans were slaves and therefore should not be granted any rights, a monkey like you would have supported them and asked us to be quiet because they were the guidance of the constitution and therefore knew better. Do you see your stupidity here?
Even then, it took the likes of MLK, Rosa Parks and others to fight for their rights to vote. All that time, the Supreme Court of the USA were saying that they were second class citizens and therefore had no rights to vote. Kuraseni. Had it not been those who agitated for their rights and against the status quo an idiot like you would not have been able to come to live in Atlanta to slave yourself like a donkey. An idiot and bush monkey like you should have stayed in your home town doing walatu walasa or something instead of being in a civilized country that rule of law works. Gbemela!

I do live in Atlanta and the fact that you know that, means shit to me. What the fuck are going to do? Not a goddamn fucking thing!! Slavery, for your information did not occur as you're made to believe, donkey! Black people were living in America long before the arrival of whites from various European countries, you may need some history lessons. Idiots like you make me sorry to know that you're actually a Ghanaian. The problem, which your dumbass fails to realize, is that we don't see democracy in Ghana the same way as countries that have practiced it for many many years ago and the electorate can easily be swayed by idiots like you to start an unnecessary war in Ghana where innocent Ghanaians will lose their lives while your stupid ass hide in a white man's country.
For your information, I don't believe 60% of what is reported in the media because they're always skewed to benefit a certain group in whatever situation that may be reported. I don't really care who wins but I want to prevent war in my belove Ghana, that's all.
With the US supreme court case, these people were bent on psychologically subjugating black people to a lower class people at all cost and were going to do everything to accomplish that, if you think they have stopped, you have been seriously misled by the group of idiots you hangout with. You left your religion and follow Christianity, the religion introduced by the people that likened themselves to the son of God, and you to the devil. You don't know anything that I don't know, I can safely assure you of that.
AS for the walatu walasa comments, I'll let it ride because you are an expert on everything northern. And oh if you want my address, i'll be more than happy to provide it to you, that's how much fear you instill in me, punk ass muthafucker. You can not do a goddamn thing to me if I was standing in front of you, so stop acting like a macho.

No one in his/her right mind would even think of intimidating our Supreme Court Judges. In the same vein, our Supreme Court Judges should not even think of using their "constitutional powers" to intimidate citizens EITHER.The fact they could order marshals to arrest fellow citizens for even insulting them does not give them that judicial fiat to throw citizens into jail. The test of free speech is to protect the outrageous, profane, uncomfortable, insulting speech,as long as such speech cannot be construed as forming the basis for inciting an uprising to destabilize the running of the government and its various agencies. In order words, any Ghanaian can and should be able to tell our Supreme Court Judges to go to hell without the fear of being thrown into jail.It is the Judges who have to be scared of the citizenry NOT the other way around. They need to know that they are not doing us any favours by being Judges. We the people are the ones doing them favours by vicariously appointing them to SERVE ON THE BENCH.

The court should even focus more from now to the statements of the political activists, the young boys who have been elected as MPs and are now insulting anyhow everybody under the cover of the parliamentary immunity.
Ghanaians must encourage the justices to do their work. No strong and viable democracy without powerful justices. see how things work in the developed countries: jacques Chirac, Sakozi, Bernard Tapi in France, the former Prime Minister in Israel, many other officials in Europe. All of them are facing charges and there is nothing they can do against justices.
You want democracy, then give power to the justices.

IT IS OBVIOUS THT ALL THOSE WRITING THESE UNWHOLESOME THINGS ABOUT THE SUPREME COURT JUDGES AND INSULTING THEM ARE COWARDS HIDING BEHIND GHANA WEB. IF THEY ARE REAL MEN AND WOMEN THEY SHOULD PRESENT THEMSELVES TO THE GHANAIAN PUBLIC, SAY OR WRITE THE SAME THING AND LET US SEE WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THEM IN THAT COURT ROOM. WE HAVE SEEN EXAMPLES IN THE RECENT PAST. "O YOUR LORDSHIPS, I WAS FOOLISH. I OVER REACTED, I HAVE WIFE AND CHILDREN.I WAS TEMPTED, PLEASE GIVE ME THE SECOND CHANCE. I HAVE BAHAVED IRRESPONSIBLY. I WRITE BY HEART WITHOUT USING MY HEAD. I WAS AFRAID SO I USED A FAKE NAME TO BLOW MY HOT AIR. I AM AN ASS HOLE. PLEASE FORGIVE ME". SINCE GHANAIANS ARE NOW AWARE HOW TALKATIVES AND LOSE TALKERS ARE CAPABLE OF BECOMING PRODIGAL SONS AND DAUGHTERS NO ONE SHOULD WORRY ABOUT ALL THE INSULTS LISTED ON THESE PAGES.

For the first time in the history of our dear motherland, Ghana, an election full of irregularities has been challenged at the Supreme Court. In fact, the process in the court is not only being televised in the whole country, but can be read in all news media all over the world.
The nine-member committee of the Supreme Court are very privileged to serve not only Ghana but also the entire world with logical and the best ruling on the case at hand. This is an opportunity to "teach" the entire world that a country, south of the Sahara, called Ghana, can demonstrate democracy in practical terms. Of course, Kenya has already taken the lead in this endeavor. Kenya has used the court to settle the outcome of their elections just a short while ago.
Now, the ball is in the court of Ghana, and in the hands of the Supreme Court justices.
Kenya and the rest of the world will laugh at Ghana for being unable to copy their (Kenyans) good example. And the world will classify Ghana as a mental-leprosy patient for failing to learn a good example from Kenya.
Now, justices of the Supreme Court of Ghana, you need to wake up and face this unique challenge.
You can make a good name for yourselves as well.
Lets go Ghana !!

I am not surprised because they are the products of the rowdy and chaotic society that rawlings nurtured over the last 30 years.
The level and the intellectual capacity of these 9 justices in their reasoning to jail these freedom speakers show how low our socity has fallen.
