    WILL THE STATE RETRIEVE THE SAID JUDGEMENT DEBT WRONGLY PAID TO THIS CRIMINAL CALLED ABBAN WHOSE PROPERTY WAS NOT AFFECTED AT ALL?......OR ONCE AGAIN NOBODY IS THERE TO DEFEND THE SUPREME INTEREST OF GHANA?

    The consistent failure of the State Attorneys to defend the state in court, could be one of ways to create loot and share. the state attorneys must be held responsible for such lost of taxpayers' money.

    Some of the state attorneys are criminals. They are no different from the crocked policemen who hire their guns to armed robbers. They have a serious cut in the loot.
